Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has demanded that the Ukrainian forces recapture 6,000 square kilometers of territory from Russia this month.

Reuters reported this information in a report.

In a regular speech on the latest situation of the war on Monday, Zelensky said, “Since the beginning of September, our troops have liberated 6,000 square kilometers of eastern and southern Ukraine. We are moving forward.”

Currently, Ukrainian troops continue to counterattack.

The US-based think tank Institute for the Study of War (ISW) said that Ukraine has managed to bring the situation in their favor. But Ukraine’s current counteroffensive will not end the war.
