


6 people arrested including PK Halder, accused of smuggling thousands of crores of rupees from Bangladesh, were produced in the CBI Special Court of City and Sessions Court of Kolkata on Wednesday at around 11:30 am local time. The court ordered to keep him in jail until September 22.

The lawyers of the defendants in the case also have no question about the charge sheet that was issued on July 15. On September 22, PK Haldar and 6 arrested persons have been ordered to appear in court.
PK Halder was arrested from Vedic Village area of Kolkata on May 14 this year. Five people including his girlfriend, brother, two nephews were arrested along with him.
