Monkeypox has been detected again in Delhi, the capital of India. Indian media reported that the virus was detected in the body of a young African woman recently. With this, the number of people infected with monkeypox virus in Delhi has increased to five.

According to the source of the country’s news agency, the infected young woman is 22 years old. He was admitted to Lok Nayak Jaiprakash Narayan Hospital after two days of early detection. The young woman is said to have gone to Nigeria a month ago.

The girl’s report came positive on Friday night. Among those infected with monkeypox in Delhi, the number of women is two.

A total of ten people have been diagnosed with monkeypox in India so far. Meanwhile, the first person died in Kerala due to the infection of the virus. Then a 22-year-old man died of monkeypox in Thrissur, India.
