


Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of the Chechen region, criticized the military commanders after the Ukrainian forces defeated the Russian forces in the important city of Donetsk, Liman, and established control of the Ukrainian forces.
Kadyrov, a close ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has advocated the use of less destructive nuclear weapons in Ukraine. News – Reuters.
Ramzan Kadyrov made such comments after announcing the withdrawal of Russian troops from the city of Liman, Reuters reported.
According to a Reuters report on Kadyrov’s telegram message, he strongly criticized Russian military commanders for the failure in Ukraine.
In a Telegram message, Kadyrov wrote, ‘My own opinion is that there needs to be more drastic measures. Which could be the declaration of martial law in border areas or the use of less destructive nuclear weapons.’
Incidentally, on Friday, President Vladimir Putin officially announced the inclusion of Ukraine’s Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhya into Russia. The next day, Russian troops lost control of the city of Liman to the hands of Ukrainian forces.
