


Israeli soldiers shot dead two Palestinians during a military operation in the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank, Palestinian officials said. Al-Jazeera news.

Wafa news agency reported that the Palestinian Ministry of Health identified the victims on Saturday. The deceased have been identified as Ahmad Mohammad Daraghmeh and Mahmoud As-Sous. Both are 17-year-old teenagers. At least 11 people were injured in Israel’s latest crackdown, three of them critically.
Palestinian officials said troops entered the camp and surrounded a house early Saturday morning. The exchange of gunfire can be heard in a video circulating on social media.
Islamic Jihad said in a statement, ‘The more crimes the occupiers commit, the harder it is to resist.
Israel has carried out numerous raids on the Jenin camp, known as a stronghold of resistance fighters, in recent months since deadly Palestinian attacks on their streets.
