Iranian security forces shot dead at least three people on Saturday during protests in the western province of Kurdistan over the death of Mahsa Amini. This information was reported by the news agency AFP, citing a human rights group.
“Government repressive forces opened fire on protesters in the town of Divandereh, killing at least three civilians,” Hengao, who monitors persecution in Kurdish areas, told AFP.
Also on Saturday, Iran’s Revolutionary Guards fired on members of the mourning family of a slain protester and recovered his body from a hospital, as clashes spread across the country, the Norway-based Hengao rights group said.
‘Last night, after IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) forces stormed Shaheed Gholipur Hospital in Bukan, they seized the body of Shahriar Mohammadi and buried him secretly,’ the group added.
