According to a criminal complaint filed against Carla Jefferson, 51, she harassed, insulted and argued with whoever answered her calls on the non-emergency lines of the St. Petersburg Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, Fox News reported.
According to officials, the woman has made 10 percent of all calls to the St. Petersburg department this year.
Jefferson called police 512 times in a 24-hour period last month. According to Fox News, the police described the calls as ‘obscene and threatening’ in their affidavit before the court.
